Cellular and Molecular Physiology Lab
This Lab was established in 2009 to perform studies in cellular and molecular physiology. The cellular and molecular mechanisms of physiological and psychopathological phenomena and the effects of drugs on disorders are the proposed line of research for this lab. This lab is equipped with a Fluorescence and Luminescence Microplate Reader, a freezer/Refrigerator (-80°c, -20°c, 4°c), a Liquid Nitrogen Storage Tank, a Laboratory Water Deionization & Purification Systems, pH Meter, Fume Hood, Power Supply, Horizontal and Vertical Electrophoresis Tanks, Three adjustable micropipettes (0.5-10 µL, 10-100 µL, 100-1000 µL), PCR work station, western blotting system, gel documentation, thermocycler, nanodrop spectrophotometer, digital dry bath, high speed refrigerated centrifuges (17000 rpm), mini centrifuge, centrifuge with 15 ml rotors, laboratory shaker, real-time PCR system. The lab technician is Mr.Yaser Masoumi.
